This place is very welcoming with outstandingly comfortable beds.

Very comfy bed, luxury bathroom and a safe, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Plenty of good food for meals. Great and prime location, within walking distance of Rk Kerk.

Honestly nothing to complain about. An electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a laptop-compatible safe in the room, marvellous and prime location...

The location was prime and unbeatable, really close to the airport, the restaurant downstairs, and the centre of Heerenveen. the lunch in Paolo only a short distance to the hotel had every choice imaginable. - the rooms were nicely decorated and absolutely great equipped with integrated bathtub and double rain shower. - the food was great with a wide range of options.

I had a great one-night stay, the place was beautifully decorated and had amazing comfortable beds, meeting all expectations.

The hotel was very clean, with excellent facilities and a great location in the city centre. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is situated right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all that the city has to offer. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms have a creative and unique interior design, and the beds are absolutely amazing – so comfortable! Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply superb, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

There was nothing to fault, everything was exceptional.

The hotel is located in the heart of a lively village with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty, fulfilling and offered a good variety of options.

There was loud noise from the restaurant or surrounding area until late at night, making it difficult to sleep. the lack of a fridge in the room and slippers provided was a bit disappointing.

Comfortable rooms, great shower pressure. Superb breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking after 18h00 until 8:00. Alert and accommodating staff. Excellent dinner and met dietary requirements. Easy check-in with room problem notification. Nice salmon bon bon starter. Everything was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The location, right in the city center of Friesland, was perfect for exploring the amazing area. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were just what I needed. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of old and modern design. The integrated bathtub and double rain shower were a luxurious touch, and the super comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast, with waiters bringing the buffet to the table, was a delicious and fulfilling start to the day.

Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the complimentary Christmas cookies and hot cocoa offered in the lobby. the hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby shops and restaurants. the room's bathroom was modern and spacious, which was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was overpriced for the small selection offered, and the service was slow. the elevator was old and slow, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.
